On behalf of the Wyoming Library Association, we invite you to join us as a valuable  partner for our 2026 Annual Conference. This year, our gathering is centered around a  powerful and timely theme: "Thriving Together." 

In an era of rapid technological shifts and evolving community needs, Wyoming’s  libraries remain the bedrock of connection and growth. "Thriving Together" is more  than just a slogan; it is our commitment to fostering a resilient, collaborative ecosystem  where libraries, librarians, and community partners come together to enrich the lives of every Wyoming resident.

EXHIBIT SPACES

Exhibit spaces include:

  • A skirted table (your choice of table 8' x 3' or 6' x 3')
  • Wi-Fi
  • Electrical access

Booth materials may be mailed to the conference hotel one week prior to the conference. Please clearly indicate that packages are for the Wyoming Library Association Conference and include your name.

Early Bird Rate (May 7- July 31) General Rate (Aug 1- Sept 13)

6' x 3 skirted table   Early Bird Rate: $375.00      General Rate: $425.00

8' x 3' skirted table   Early Bird Rate: $400.00     General Rate: $450.00

Each extra table $200.00 (maximum of 2 extra tables)

This year we have the conference app, Sched, to streamline the conference experience for attendees and vendors/sponsors/exhibitors. Some of the features available through the Sched app include: 

  • ability to interact with attendees  
  • vendors/sponsors/exhibitors can curate their own profile pages, which can include:
    • Links to your website
    • Downloadable information about your product
    • Access to online catalogs (book vendors)
    • Photos and videos
    • Quick and easy access to your contact information
    • Quick and easy way to gather attendee’s information access to chat platform

Exhibition Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received prior to August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $30.00 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations received August 1-31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
  • No cancellation will be accepted after August 31, 2026.
  • Contact WLA@amigos.org with cancellation requests or questions.
