Booth materials may be mailed to the conference hotel one week prior to the conference. Please clearly indicate that packages are for the Wyoming Library Association Conference and include your name.

8' x 3' skirted table Early Bird Rate: $400.00 General Rate: $450.00
Each extra table $200.00 (maximum of 2 extra tables)

Sched Conference App
This year we have the conference app, Sched, to streamline the conference experience for attendees and vendors/sponsors/exhibitors. Some of the features available through the Sched app include:

Exhibition Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received prior to August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $30.00 processing fee.
- Cancellations received August 1-31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
- No cancellation will be accepted after August 31, 2026.
