WLA Conference Vendor Set-Up

Please join us in Cheyenne on August 8 - August 9 for the Wyoming Library Association conference at the beautiful Little America Hotel & Resorts, 2800 West Lincolnway.

Details:

Set-up:  Thursday, August 8,  7 a.m.  - No set-up on Wednesday

Thursday schedule:  

First vendor time:  10:20 - 11:30 am

Second vendor time:  2:30 - 3:10 pm

Friday schedule:

First vendor time:  8:00 - 8:50 am - Coffee w/vendors 

Second vendor time:  10:00 - 10:30 am - Breakdown at 10:30 am

Room is carpeted and you will get an 8 ft. table and chair(s). There will be wifi in the room (passcode will be present on table).  

1.  Please mark all shipped packages attn:  WLA Conference (no more than 3 days in advance). WLA and/or Little America are not responsible for packages shipped to the hotel.  It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to have packages picked up after the conference and have all shipping forms available. WLA does not provide shipping forms.
