On behalf of the Wyoming Library Association, we invite you to join us as a valuable partner for our 2026 Annual Conference. This year, our gathering is centered around a powerful and timely theme: "Thriving Together."

Booth materials may be mailed to the conference hotel one week prior to the conference. Please clearly indicate that packages are for the Wyoming Library Association Conference and include your name.

Each extra table $200.00 (maximum of 2 extra tables)

Exhibition Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received prior to August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $30.00 processing fee.
Cancellations received August 1-31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
No cancellation will be accepted after August 31, 2026.
