• Promoting the profession of librarianship by coordinating nominating efforts by Wyoming librarians for their peers, to serve as representatives for regional and national library organizations (ALA, MPLA).
• Verifying the eligibility of each candidate through the Executive Secretary and report its nominations to the President six (6) months before the annual meeting.
