The WLA Constitution and Bylaws Committee is responsible for:

Promoting library services within Wyoming by creating and implementing WLA policies and procedures;
Promoting the continued improvement of Wyoming libraries through topical discussions of those issues which may affect Wyoming Libraries;
Promoting the participation of Wyoming Librarians and libraries in regional, national and global library arenas.
