The Mission and Roles of the Wyoming Library Association are to:
- promote library service within Wyoming;
- promote the profession of librarianship within Wyoming;
- promote the continued improvement of Wyoming libraries;
- support Wyoming librarians in their professional roles;
- promote the participation of Wyoming Librarians and libraries in regional, national and global library arenas.
